  UPCOMING PUBLIC MEETINGS
  • CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
    Belgrade City Council meets the 1st and 3rd Monday of each Month except for holidays. Agendas are posted the weekend before the meeting.
    The dates of the upcoming council meetings are:
    • January 3, 2017 - TUESDAY - (Note: due to remodeling work in the Court offices, the November Council Meetings will be held at the Belgrade Community Library and will start later at 7:15pm)
    • January 17, 2017 - TUESDAY - PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION AND TIME have been set back to normal, at the City Council Chambers in City Hall. We would again like to thank the Library for the use of their Community Room during the City Court remodel project.
    • February 6, 2017
    • February 13, 2017 - The Belgrade City Council will attend a special Council Planning Retreat on starting at 1pm. This meeting will be held at the Belgrade Community Library in the Community Room upstairs. The purpose of this retreat meeting is for the Council to have an opportunity to raise, discuss and prioritize, among themselves and staff, policy issues related to the business of the City. This is a public meeting and a Quorum will be present, however, there will be no policy decisions made, or actions taken by the Council during this work session. Later that same day, the Council will attend a special Joint meeting with the Central Valley Fire District starting at 5:30pm which will be held in the City Council Chambers. The regular monthly Fire Board Meeting will follow immediately after the joint session.

Gallatin County Emergency Management has started an education campaign encouraging our citizens to register with our new Community Notification System. Overview information on this new Community Notification System is now available.

This new system is a large step forward in the ability to alert our communities during emergencies, and the more people who register the more powerful it becomes.

  • Parks & Recreation - one opening (residency required)
  • Impact Fee Advisory Committee - two openings (1 CPA desired)
  • Board of Adjustments - two openings
  • Streamline Advisory Board - City Rep, one opening
