The City Manager serves as the Chief Executive for our city government and provides executive leadership and oversight to all municipal operations and implements the Council’s plans and directives in accordance with the City Charter, Ordinances and state and federal law. Joseph A. Menicucci has served as Belgrade’s City Manager since June 1990.
