11.05.010 Intent. The intent of this district is to discourage small tract development in areas of agriculture importance and in areas of environmental concern. It is intended that through the use of this district, agricultural pursuits will be encouraged and environmental concerns protected.

11.05.020 Permitted Uses.

1). Accessory uses and buildings, including single and multi-family dwellings to house employees working on the farm or ranch.
2). Agriculture Uses.
3). Conditional uses provided in Section 11.05.090 of this Ordinance and subject to the provisions as prescribed.
4). Group day care home
5). Home occupations
6). One-family dwellings
7). The sale, on the premises, of products produced thereon
8). Veterinary clinics
9). Commercial kennel
10). Riding academies
11). Open space

11.05.030 Lot Area and Width. Maximum lot area in this district shall be 10 acres with a lot width not less than 330 feet.

11.05.040 Lot Coverage. No more than 10 percent of the lot area shall be covered by the principal and accessory buildings.

11.05.050 Yards. Every lot shall have the following minimum yards:

Front Yard 35 feet
Rear Yard 25 feet
Side Yard 25 feet, each side.

11.05.060 Building Height. Maximum building height for buildings designed and constructed for human occupancy shall be 32 feet. All other structures may exceed this height.

11.05.070 Off-Street Parking. Two off-street parking spaces shall be provided for each dwelling unit. Residential off-street parking spaces and access areas shall be constructed to a minimum standard of at least a 3 inch depth of 1 1/2 to 2 inch minus road mix. Off-street parking for non-residential uses shall be provided as specified in Chapter 11.24 of this code.

11.05.080 Animal Enclosures-Setbacks. Except for pastures, any stable, barn, hutch, pen, shed, or other such structure built to enclose or house animals or fowl shall be not less than 100 feet form any structure used for human occupancy, and shall be set back not less than 50 feet from any property line.

11.05.090 Permitted Conditional Uses. The following uses may be permitted as conditional uses in the AS-Agricultural Suburban Zone:

6). Hunting Clubs
7). Private and Public Day Care Facilities
8). Private and Public Group Day Care Homes
9). Private and Public Schools, Elementary
10). Private and Public Schools, Junior High
11). Private and Public Schools, High
12). Private and Public Parks
13). Private and Public Playgrounds
14). Private and Public Trade or Technical Schools
15). Private and Public Universities and Colleges
16). Recreational Vehicle Parks
