11.15.090 Permitted Conditional Uses.
11.15.010 Intent. The intent of this district is to provide a central area for the community's business, government, service, and cultural activities. Uses within this district should be appropriate to such a focal center with inappropriate uses being excluded. Room should be provided in appropriate areas for logical and planned expansion of the present district.
11.15.010 Permitted Uses.
1). Accessory uses
2). Art and music supply stores
4). Barber and beauty shops
5). Bars, taverns, and cocktail lounges
6). Bowling alleys
7). Car washes
9). Conditional uses as provided in Section 11.15.090 of this ordinance and subject to conditions and requirements prescribed.
11). Equipment sales and services
12). Financial Institutions
13). Food and drug stores
14). Furniture stores
15). Gasoline service stations
16). Hotels and motels
18). Laundries and dry cleaning establishments
19). Liquor stores
20). Meeting and Lodge halls
22). Museums, libraries and galleries
23). Newspaper Office
24). Nursing Homes
25). Open Space
26). Parking lots
27). Post Offices
28). Printing offices
29). Private and Public Business schools
30). Private and public dance schools
31). Private and public secretarial schools
32). Private and public technical schools
33). Professional and business offices
34). Public Buildings and uses
35). Research and development institutions
36). Repair services for clothes, dolls, small appliances, watches, glasses, and other such items
37). Restaurants, cafes, and drive-in eating establishments
38). Retail sales, such as clothing, candy, furniture, and jewelry; but excluding heavy machinery.

11.15.030 Lot Area and Width. No minimum lot area or width is prescribed.
11.15.040 Lot Coverage. Buildings may cover the entire lot provided other requirements are met.
11.15.050 Yards. No minimum yards are prescribed except a 15 foot front yard shall be required on all streets except Main Street.
11.15.060 Building Height. Maximum building height in this district shall be 32 feet.
11.15.070 Off-Street Parking. Off-street parking shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 11.24 of this code, except:
1). Commercial uses shall provide two spaces per 1,000 square feet of commercial floor space unless a lesser amount is required under Chapter 11.24 of this code, in which case the lesser amount will apply.
2). Uses in existing structures may change from one permitted use to another without providing additional parking.
11.15.080 Off-Street Loading. Off-street loading shall be provided
in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 11.25 of this code.
11.15.090 Permitted Conditional Uses. The following uses may be permitted as conditional uses in the B-3 Highway Business District:
1). Amusement and recreational activities
3). Auction Rooms

5). Drive-in Banks
6). Light Manufacturing **Ord. 90-3**
7). Transportation Stations
8). Utility Stations
